I always say the best source of vitamins are the natural ones, such as those found in food. The truth is synthetic vitamins just aren’t the same as the real thing. If you want to get more vitamins and nutrients into your body, I would definitely recommend opting to eat more vitamin-rich foods before turning to tablets. Your body will love you for it and it is much cheaper!
